Georgina Bath is an experienced paralegal with a strong background in Criminal Defence. 

Before relocating to the UK, Georgina studied in Australia, completing her Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Criminology, Majoring in Psychology at Swinburne University in Melbourne, where she developed her foundational legal knowledge and passion for advocacy. 

During her studies, Georgina completed an internship at a prominent legal defence firm in London before joining McArthur solicitors.

She works closely with barristers, co-defending counsel and solicitors, attending court hearings, client conferences, and trials. Georgina is experienced at drafting legal documents, preparing case files and supporting clients throughout the litigation process.
